Our hand crafted chocolate flavours vary from the evergreen simple basic creamy milk chocolate to Tangy Orange, Rum ‘n’ Raisin , Crunchy Butterscotch, praline, almond rocks ,being our signature chocolate . The latest addition to this exciting mouth watering range is a soft centre filled coffee orange flavour enrobed in dark luscious chocolate .
About Namrata Shastri:
– Topped my class in a Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery from Sophia College, Mumbai.
– Diploma in Hotel Management & Food Technology from Sophia College,Mumbai.
– Have done an extensive hands on training in a sugar craft class in Mumbai, mastering the art of making
3-d figurines, covering and decorating theme cakes for all occasions.
– Attended a chocolate making course in Mumbai , where I learnt making different types of chocolates from the basic to the advance level .
– Was certified the Home Bakers Challenge Award in 2011 in the categories of Best theme cake , Cookies with a twist .
– Introduced healthy gluten free aw banana flour recently to my menu offering my clients a healthy option to maida and corn flour in their diet . The benefits of this flour are immense and can be found on my page – kadhali.in
Kadhali is a Sanskrit word for banana.
– Participated in Mumbai Farmers organic bazaar at Nehru centre ,introducing raw banana flour and its applications in cooking and baking .
– Was featured on Food Food Chanel ,where they interviewed me under new categories of products introduced in the market this season.
– Was awarded “best taste in town ” for banana flour and its products in Karen Anand’s Mumbai Farmers market at Palladium , High Street Phoenix .
– Attended a workshop in Mumbai ,where world renowned Chef Molly taught her famous ballerina cake .
Mystique started in 1998 on a very humble note , taking orders from friends and relatives. Initially i started with orders for chocolates, gradually cakes were added to my menu , including theme cakes, sugarcraft 3D cakes, wedding cakes, xmas cakes, marzipan, photo cakes, cookies, photo cookies, photo chocolates, muffins, cupcakes ,Florentines & more…..
Gradually customised confections were added to our range too. Chocolate bouquets & cookie bouquets were also made for all occasions . Packaging for all our products ranges from a simple elegant signature box with an elegant ribbon to customised fancy boxes,trays and hampers too.
